Oak Block Shelving System - for Alcoves, walls or corners.
When faced with the problems of designing oak shelving I am often approached by people saying I need 2 or 4 or 6 shelves which need to fit into this alcove or along this narrow section of the room and need the shelves to be this size.
Shelving is generally made in thin and mean looking veneered boards but this quality oak block shelf system is constructed solely from solid Oak, giving the benefits of a superb feel and unique look, but with the natural strength to prevent the oak block shelves bowing through using Solid Oak. True it is more expensive than veneered but when you look and use something every day of your life this is a treat!
Added to this the need for style and practicality and the solution I have found is this system.
In its simplest concept you can decide how long the oak shelves should be, how many and if necessary how deep.
You can then decide how many blocks you need, where you would like them positioned and also if you would like “floating” glass shelves to be position in-between the blocks.
Lighting is also going to be an option that can be positioned and added if needed and there will be news on this shortly!

- Oak Shelves are 40cm in width
- 30mm or 40mm deep for a really solid look, special depth can be made
- You decide how long they should be

- Oak Block sizes are standard but you can order as many as you like and choose what position they are to be placed

- Glass Shelves can be added for electrical equipment etc.
- Shelves can be designed to go around corners
- Shelf layers can be stacked to form multiple shelves
